A Week of Postcards #4
Thursday's edition comes to you in a special way. A few of the accents on the upcoming four days of AWOP were taken from a poster for my girls at BODYWORK. BIG SHOUTOUTZ to my girls DJ SWAYBACK and GWEN WEST. I've said it before and I will say it again and again: best night in Halifax.
The Bodywork poster is a dazzling disco masterpiece by the talented (and super handsome) Corey Isenor!

And the results:

Again, these are all up for grabs, just gimme a shout!

A Week of Postcards #1
I've been busy and internetless.
The thick of summer is here and change hangs in the air. I'm happy and mostly healthy these days. Maybe that's why I've been making a whole buncha stuff lately. So much stuff that I'm going to spread it out over the next seven days....
These postcards are all address-less and waiting for good homes :)

Travelling Collage Book Fun Time with Hugh Brisman!
A long ass time ago, I traded some mail with Hugh Brisman. He sent me a couple add n' pass books in his package. Here's some evidence of the damage I did, along with seemingly several other mystery artists!

Too Much Life
Life is moving fast and everything si getting away from me, but I really don't care, I will be honest with you.
My room is a mess
My car is a mess
I am always sleepy
But I am happy.
This party fever shouldn't last forever, right?
With that being said, here are some Valentines that I still haven't sent:

More Sent Mail!
Just as I promised, a few more things I am sending out. Mostly to folks in the IUOMA, but also some friends.
I've really been enjoying making these lately. It's been coming naturally, which I can't honestly say happens all the time. I've been crafting with a good friend of mine who pushes me to explore different materials and compositions. A key example of this is the vintage letraset strips as seen on Jen's postcard.
Down to business!

For Kiera in Montreal, this was one of my faves of the bunch. I've been into trying more minimal elements in my postcards. More white, more deadspace.

A pep talk for Joanna Carabante in California

For my good good friend Jen. I'm pretty sure she's on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, but that girl is a west coast trotter, and I love her for it.

This one's for Robyn Wells who makes purdy purdy things: http://www.robayre.com/
